Supposedly, at 4:30 pm.

Why do I usually gain back the weight I lose?
While there are several theories as to why dieters often gain back the weight they have lost, the most common is the psychological effect known as yo-yo (on-again, off-again) dieting. Some theorize that this weight cycling progressively replaces muscle with fat and lowers the body’s metabolic rate. This, however, should never discourage anyone from attempting to lose weight. Keys to keeping off the weight are doing some sort of regular physical activity and adopting healthy eating habits that you can keep for life.

Why do men and women gain weight differently?
Although scientists are not quite sure why the differences, it is largely accepted fact that women tend to gain weight around their hips and thighs while men gain it in their stomachs. This may be due to differences in hormones.

Is it true that you can never be too thin?
Being too thin can have the same adverse health effects as being too heavy. A healthy weight depends on how much of your weight is fat and where in the body that fat is located. Other factors that determine a healthy weight are whether you have a weight-related medical problem (such as diabetes) or a family history of such problems.

What can I do to help my children stay at a healthy weight?
One of the best things you can do is be a good role model -- and have your family eat at the dinner table, away from the TV!

What was one of the worst fad diets ever promoted?
"Calories Don’t Count" was the name of a book written by Herman Taller, M.D., in which a high fat diet (65% of calories) was proposed for those who wanted to lose weight. He recommended at least a pound of meat a day, and limited carbohydrates to only 5 percent of calories.
